many directions • not enough time
this site jumps between board games, videogames, coffee, cooking, writing, art, music, photography, and whatever else I’m into this week.
This isn’t a place for one topic. It’s a desk covered in too many projects at once. One day it’s cassettes and cameras, the next it’s coffee, watercolors, or a heavy board game.
Instead of pretending I’ll ever pick just one thing, this site leans into the frenzy: every hobby gets its own corner, and I drift between them whenever the mood changes.
Distilled, Mage Knight, Cascadia, anything by Uwe Rosenberg. I like interesting mechanics and deep decisions, whether it’s a puzzle or a brain burn. Chess was an obsession, maybe it'll become one again. I like chess. It's just hard.
This will eventually link to a dedicated board game page with session logs, favorites, and maybe some thoughts on rules and design.
Videogames live here: campaigns, digital cardboard, strategy, coop, and anything that reminds me of The Legend of Zelda
One day this will break out into its own section with currently‑playing lists and screenshots.
Coffee is a whole separate obsession. Gear, beans, brew methods, and the ritual. The rabbit hole is too deep however.
This will turn into a coffee corner with brews, favorite roasters, and maybe some shots of mugs or my gear.
Cooking is another sandbox: recipes I actually follow, things I improvise, and meals that I whip out when in a rush. Not all is perfect here, but I enjoy it (when I am not tired)
This is where writing will be. Notes, fragments, tiny essays (?), maybe some longer pieces once I decide I have things to say
I’m just getting into drawing and watercolors, so this space is for sketches, experiments, and learning in public.
On one side: MF DOOM on cassette (newest discovery for me!), Gorillaz on CD, retro headphones. On the other: Latin moods with Rawayana, Tainy, Bad Bunny (very recent!) and heavy breakdowns from Knocked Loose, Landmvrks & Architects.
Cameras live here. From the Fujifilm X-Half’s film-like digital frames to whatever I point at when I’m wandering around with no plan. My film cameras and the new to me Canon 80D.
A catch-all for things I like, used to like, or might like again – hobbies that don't have enough material for their own corner yet.
